Operate and Maintain company internal IT infrastructure. Handle internal help desk function. Providing system administration on servers, infrastructure, workstations and Voice/IP communication system, Responsible for hardware and software configurations, equipment installation, inventory tracking, and system maintenance.
Ensure that all the systems of a company are functioning smoothly.
Provision Server hardware, including configuration and deployment.
Build and deploy virtualization servers.
Handle helpdesk support issues reported by company employees.
Document task outcomes, and publish FAQ & Knowledge bases of acquired information.
Troubleshoot and support corporate operations such as mail, ftp, SMS & AD.
Automate systems monitoring tasks using standard monitoring tools.
Ensure application and usage of company security policy for accessing and using resources.
Assist in technical purchases, do comparisons and recommend best option.
Independently collect and analyze client's environment details.
Create and update the technical questionnaires sent to clients to gather site details.
Adhere to agreed SLAs and strive to meet or exceed response times with professional level support.
Deploy company products at customer sites, either remotely or onsite.
Provide 2nd level support for partners after implementation.
Author customer engagement documentation, such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents.
Assist in establishing and implementing configuration management program and policies.
Escalate support tickets to 3rd level support by communicating with partners and clients via email, phone & chat.
Perform technical training to partners and clients.
Coordinates with the project manager task deliverables.
Organize tools, documentation, software, and hardware items needed for work.
Research new technologies & products in related practice/technology area.
Share knowledge and train his peers, and handover acquired knowledge periodically for backup purposes.
Cooperate with team members and other teams to achieve the overall company goals and objectives.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
